Happy Birthday Mam Sue!

Monday was my mom's birthday so we all got together for dinner. It was fun to be able to visit with everyone and just enjoy some time together. We went to Texas Roadhouse and even though we weren't able to get her to jump on the saddle and ring the bell, we did manage to get a great birthday balloon hat on her head. We love you Mom!

back into the swing of things

It is sad to get back to reality after the past couple months of holiday bliss. School started back up again so now 2/5 nights each week I am without my Corylicious. However, it also means my favorite shows start up again, which I am definitely excited about.

On Sunday night we celebrated my father-in-law's birthday. It was fun to get together and BBQ with the whole family.

Then, on Monday, we had Cory's best buddy Lance come over so we could celebrate his birthday. We all had some yummy pizza and more yummy cake!

Oh Mexico!

This week, twelve of us packed into the super dog silver van and headed down to Mexico for some much needed sun and relaxation. It'd been months since Cory and I had gone and it was so good to be back there again. Yummy food, a little tan, time to catch up on some reading, and fun people. It was a great week and we wish we could've stayed longer but the real world was calling us back. Here are some pics from our week.

Mary's at the fish market...a must stop for our crew

Shreeve Family Christmas

This year for Christmas my Uncle John, Aunt Tracy, and cousins came to visit. It was so much fun to have them in town and to get to spend some time with them. Since Sam got home on Christmas night, we all celebrated Christmas on the 26th so we could celebrate with him. It was a fantastic Christmas!

Time for presents!

Cami got just what (or who) she wanted for Christmas. Haha!

Dad on the other hand, got the gift that keeps on giving...a chicken!

We also had a chance to go see the temple lights with our cousins

Welcome Home Sammy!

After days of delayed flights and anticipation, the Sam man finally made it home at 8:00 PM Christmas night. We were all so excited to see him! My first response was "holy cow, he got tall!" Haha. He looks great though and we are so excited to finally have him home safe. Now we have another two years of waiting while Jake is on his mission:)

Waiting at the airport....

He's finally here!

Of course everyone had to try on the funny Russian hats:)
